Family Programs


South West Edmonton Minor Soccer Association (SWEMSA) works with the community leagues of South West Edmonton to run youth soccer programs both indoor and outdoor.

Step 1: Online Registration

Online registration:

  • Remember to indicate friend, coach, team requests
  • GVH may not have enough players to field a team in certain age groups, but you must still register with GVH
  • please register and pay fees online (except U5)
  • late registrations cannot guarantee a spot on a team

Step 2:  In person Registration

Come down to Grandview Community Hall February 8 & 9, 2020 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Please bring:

  • Printed registration form
  • Proof of address (Driver’s license)
  • Proof of child’s age and identity (Alberta Health Care card)
  • Community League Membership
  • Registration fee (if online payment was not made)
  • Uniform deposit - 1 cheque/player ($50, U9-U19)
  • Volunteer declination cheque ($100, if you are not able to volunteer)

Volunteers Needed

Volunteers – community league soccer is run entirely by volunteers. The children of our community can only play if their parents volunteer. Please make GVH soccer possible by taking on one of these volunteer roles:

  • Coaches (head and assistant)
  • Team Managers
  • Snack & Party Coordinators
  • Referee coordinator
